“The Classic Lash Fundamentals, Lash and Brow Lift courses are not regulated by the division of Private Occupational Schools and are exempt from the provisions of Article 64, Title 23, C.R.S, for ancillary/supplementary education pursuant to § 23-64-104(1)(c), C.R.S.”
**Classic Lash Fundamentals, Lash and Brow Lift do not lead to licensure, the courses are not accredited and not Title IV eligible.
